Scoring for Eyes Upon Waking

Scoring the film Eyes Upon Waking has begun. Eyes tells the story of a troubled woman who must come to terms with her suicide attempts while spending several days in a psychiatric facility. Starring Jennifer Scott, Edie McClurg, and Joe Estevez.

I will also take on scoring the Trailer once the film is completed.

Judging the 18th Annual IMA's.

After being a winner last year, it was such an honor to be on the panel of judges at this year’s Independent Music Awards. Now in its 18th year, The Independent Music Awards is a global community of indie Artist, industry pros, and engaged fans. Pinnacle wins EP of the Year at the IMA's in New York City.

Well it's now official. My EP PINNACLE has won best Instrumental EP of the Year, at the 17th Annual Independent Music Awards.

Such an honor, and so grateful to all the judges for the nomination and the win. Iconic judges in all categories included Tori Amos, Snoop Dog, Lacuna Coil, Keith Urban, Ziggy Marley, Five Finger Death Punch and many more Industry Pros and Fans.

The International Songwriting Competition (ISC is an annual song contest whose mission is to provide the opportunity for both aspiring and established songwriters to have their songs heard in a professional, international arena. I have recently entered two of my tracks, “UnRelenting” and “Pinnacle”, for the chance to win a full day of recording at Nashville’s largest recording studio, The Tracking Room, along with other kool prizes.

Landed this spot in Music Existence blog, and received a stellar review on “Pinnacle”. Much appreciated Jake Kussmaul.

The EP begins on “Meridian,” an interlude with a progressively unraveling factor of grandness. Upon the hit of the bell, a spacious arrangement of horns provides the allusion to a battle on the horizon. Its swift, yet patient implementation is done reasonably well, setting the tone for subsequent pacing on the tracks to follow.
